Captain Schubert, President of IT&T, has dedicated over fifty years of his career to the export trade financing and shipping industries. In 1995, he established International Trade & Transportation, Inc. (IT&T) as a small business enterprise to provide tied ECA consulting services to project sponsors, borrowers, EPC contractors, and lending institutions. IT&T is one of the only consulting companies in the world that specializes in all operations, compliance and eligibility requirements of the US EXIM Bank’s Project Finance and Long Term Financing Programs. The services provided by IT&T have been utilized on most of the major US EXIM Bank transactions approved by the U.S. EXIM Bank Board and mutable ECA’s the past 29 years which accounted for over $58 billion in aggregate loan value. These U.S. EXIM Bank transactions include the top five capital project transactions (by loan value) approved by the EXIM Bank Board totaling $17.4 billion. IT&T is honored to have consulted on four projects that received the EXIM Bank’s “Deal of the Year” award, and two EXIM Bank’s “Renewable Energy Exporter of the Year” award.
